Elan Divon is a Harvard-trained author, keynote speaker, educator, and Founder & CEO of ElevateU Solutions, an organization dedicated to helping students and young professionals develop the skills, signals, and competitive edge needed to thrive in the age of AI.
As the former Director of Career Development for Chapman University's Argyros College of Business and Economics, Elan had a front-row seat to a troubling pattern: talented, ambitious students graduating with prestigious degrees, but many without jobs, and the real-world skills, positioning and experiences to obtain them. That gap became his mission.
Today, Elan works with schools and universities across North America to help young people bridge the gap between academic achievement and career readiness.
